You would be provided with a minimum of 8 months from the date of purchase. The hours are based on the service you choose. Each service has a different amount of hours allotted to you. You receive a minimum of 20 hours. You can also take our other services along with your current service, If you required.

Is there a guarantee of a refund?
Although this is very rare but the customers will definitely be allowed to regain the money from the unused hours, In case they are unhappy with the service, we will reassign you to another agent and fix it until it meets your requirements
Is there a trial version for free?
Our company does provide a trial version for all those who are new to the understanding of virtual services and it is for free. You are allowed to test run the service, for e.g. if you have a brochure and want to design, you could select our designing services and be provided with an assistant for a couple of hours to help design your brochure. You are allotted 5 free hours, If required of the service which you choose within that we both get to understand each other better.
How much time till the work starts?
Our assistant provided to you for the work will start the work once all necessary approval requirements are fulfilled. There is procedure, which needs to be followed up on and within 24 hours of acceptance of your task the work will start.
What are the payment modes?
We use all the common payment modes that are easy to use like eCheck, Local Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card and Paypal.
Our customer’s security is important to us and hence we use only the best-secured modes of payment.
Is there proof of confidentiality? Is there an availability of a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement?
There is definitely an availability of a NDA (Non-disclosure agreement). Our client’s details and data are of utmost importance to us and their security is of great value to us. Each individual’s information shared during the course of the work being done remains strictly between the client and our company.
